I was born in the mountains of Jamaica, immigrated to NYC when I was 13, educated at an Ivy League School (Columbia University) as an electrical engineer, and worked in corporate America for some of the top Fortune 500 companies (IBM, Westinghouse, GE, Gillette). In 1994, after making the discovery that I am NOT the employee type, I hung up my corporate tie and bid farewell to corporate America to pursue the life of an entrepreneur.
Over the past 20 years, I have authored eight books on nutrition, fitness, and personal growth. I have also consulted with clients on four continents and in six different countries on how to energize their lives, cut the rope of security, get paid to do what they love, and find freedom, fulfillment, and fun.
I speak on how to energize your life, learn to love your job or create a plan to leave it (Love it , or Leave it), and how to find freedom, fulfillment and fun as an entrepreneur.
I consult with individuals on how to energize their lives and on making the transition from working at a job to co-creating a life of passion and purpose. I also consult with companies and organizations on how to energize your life at work.
